I was very IMPRESSED with Steve my mechanic on how nice courteous & knowledgeable he was. It was just an oil change I thought. Steve checked all my fluid, rotated my tires & gave a couple of suggestions on future maintenance concerns. Very professional & good conversation. An all around GREAT JOB!

Steve did a great job and I'm very satisfied with the service. My only complaint was that he arrived 12 hours ahead of schedule which caused some difficulty on our end. Fortunately I had another vehicle I could take to work without being late and my wife was here to answer any of Steve's questions. I would highly recommend Steve and will do business with him again. Even with the early arrival it's not worth knocking a star off so 5 stars for Steve.

Great service - had trouble getting the first appointment and had to move to next day, but the service was great and Steven was on-time, and efficient; he did a great job. Will definitely use again.

The only reason I would not recommend yourmechanic.com to a friend is because the costumer service agent made me feel awkward when calling to make a complaint. The mechanic was very nice but we had some issues, including what he called a "faulty oil filter." I dont know what really happened but the problem was fixed. He came on his own time and replaced the filter. There is still oil all over my driveway but I was told that it is going to be cleaned up soon. When I called, I assumed they were just going to refund my money for all the grief I had gone through, having no car on a busy afternoon, work wise, for me. But the agent Mark told me he would just pay for the extra oil that your mechanic told me my car was missing ( the oil he put in instantly leaked out and he never checked and he told me I needed to buy more, and I did.) Any company I would recommend would of taken this issue a little more serious and sent me a voucher for another free oil change or something to apologize. Hope this helps your business understand a little better about costumer service, its important and was the deciding factor for me when it came to my decision about the company.
