Kyle called me 30 minutes before appointment that he's on his way to my house. It gives me enough time to prepare for his arrival. When we met he courteously introduced himself. He showed me the part that he replaced. I just felt comfortable that he's the one repairing my car. I don't easily feel that way, particularly to strangers.

Excellent concept that was well executed. I had a tensioner that needed replacement. I bought the part and Kyle installed it flawlessly right on my driveway. After a month, the car still running smooth. I'd definitely use this service again, especially if it makes it worthwhile for the mechanic to come a do regular low cost maintenance like oil changes.

Kyle showed up on-time (even a few minutes early) and stayed until the job was done and I could review the work. He also inspected for other issues on my 16 year old car. Once I understand the cost of parts, etc., I'll likely book another appointment. I'll also use YourMechanic for my wife's 13 year old Cadillac. Kyle worked at Cadillac so I hope he can work on that too.
This mechanic is fully background checked and approved.
Our service team is available 7 days a week, Monday - Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM PST, Saturday - Sunday 7 AM - 4 PM PST.
