Successfully repaired squeaking from engine. Successfully tested a/c fan problem from previous Your Mechanic repair. Only a/c problem reoccurred after an hour or so of driving. Will have someone come back and test.

Need to provide a sticker that goes on the window of the vehicle showing the date of the oil change along with mileage. Since this was done at my place of work and I didn't watch him do the oil change it would have been good to show the customer where the oil level is or something to show proof that it was actually done.

Im definitely recommending not only the company buy Ken as a mechanic as well. Ken did a great job and was quicker than the estimated timeframe he mention; he even cleaned up after my oil leak. I would definitely contact him again if i need a mechanic. ☺

Overall the company and the mechanic were fine. The only small problem was getting the wrong part ordered 3 times because the correct question was not asked . Because of this I think I should get a credit on my bill.

Kenneth showed up on time and knew what he was doing. He was very easy to talk to and worked very hard to get my car in shape for me. I have had two mechanics from "my mechanic" and they both were very hard working and genuine. I appreciated them telling me exactly how and what they were doing to my car.

A two reschedule 3 time.... Because other mechanic found odd excuses not to do job .

Kenneth was sent out to replace the wrong color(tan) inside drivers side door latch that was previously installed in my (gray interior)Toyota camry by another mechanic with mechanics.com When he arrived and opened the replacement part, it was again the wrong color part. Kenneth immediately contacted headquarters and told them the situation. Apparently ordering the wrong parts is quite common! On Kenneth's insistance, corporate assured me that they would order for the third time and get the right part, but I would have to wait until the part could be ordered and they then would schedule a third installation time and install the right part! Corporate said it would take until the following week to schedule again. Kenneth apparently persuaded corporate to let him go get the right part immediately and he came right back and installed it correctly. Kenneth seemed more concerned with doing the right thing than anyone else at mechanics.com. I will never use their services again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else!
