I only hate that the subsequent repair time won't allow him to comeback and do the repairs himself, he was open, helpful, even though the problem seemed Cut and dry he still checked all possible causes of the issue with my car charging. I now know what the issues is and although it's expensive, he let me know what I was going to need, and then some. Amazing representative of this service. Hope more are like him or better
