I am not usually the person who posts reviews but wanted to say great experience working with Ira. Set up appointment online to have some suspension parts installed. Ira contacted me before the visit and came early. The job ended up being a bear because of rust but Ira refused to give up, stayed late and got everything installed perfectly. Friendly, courteous and explained everything that was going on. Car drives like new now. Would definitely recommend.

As my first time using Your Mechanic, I did not know what to expect. Ira came exactly on time, even with the crazy Atlanta rush hour traffic. He knew exactly what to do with my car and did it pretty fast, even in the summer heat. This service was twice as cheap as the dealership, yes, 2x. I will be definitely using Your Mechanic again!

Ira was 15 minutes early and really cool. He fixed my starter wires in a jiffy and for only $70. I was able to leave work at my normal time.

Dealing with Ira was a pleasure from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and friendly and quickly pointed out that our oil leak was coming from 2 places. He ordered the additional part, which was an inexpensive o-ring and fixed both issues. We haven't seen a drop of oil since and we could not be happier! We will definitely use Ira in the future and highly recommend his services.

Ira was on time, very polite and professional. My car wouldn't start and he came to inspect it. Found that I just need new bolts for my battery. The bolts have to be ordered from vovlo and won't have them in until tomorrow. He's coming back tomorrow to install and get my car running for no extra charge!

Ira made it back to replace the wheel bearings in my rusty car. Showed up early and was able to get them unfrozen and replaced. Went beyond what a dealership garage would have attempted to fix it. Will definitely call again the next time I need something.

Ira was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived 20 minutes early, went over everything that needed to be done and gave me a great price. He said it would take 3 hours to do the work and then he finished in 2. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Ira was very timely. In fact he was 20 minutes early. Being his first appointment he was worried about traffic. This was thoughtful even the day after 4 July. He is courteous and professional, was great to inspect the car beyond task scheduled and zero pressure to have additional work done.

Work was done. Ira greeted me by stating that my back tire looked really bad and that he could put on my spare so that I can get it replaced. He also stated that he was in a hurry so he would "do his best". Once service was complete he stated that he charged me for putting on my spear and it was not included in the cost. Should improve customer service. I assume the work was done well but will not know until I have the vehicle aligned.
