Guan was extremely courteous and thorough. He even missed out first appointment because he was working hard to get someone else's car diagnosed and fixed but offered to still come out at 10 pm when he finished! He ended up coming out on a Saturday when it was 100 degrees outside and gave my car a very thorough electrical inspection so we can now rule out more expensive potential problems. Such a very big relief!

I have to say, Guan was great. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem I was having with my car. He was very knowledgeable with using testing tools. The problem was a bad fuel pump. So I scheduled another appointment to have it replaced. Thanks so my Guan you rock.
