I have been an automotive technician since 1992 and am a US Navy veteran gas turbine mechanic. Over my career I have held five ASE Certifications, and have worked in a variety shops, including specializing in transmissions work. I recently worked as a mobile technician for a vehicle fleet. My abilities include brakes, tune-ups, engine diagnostics, and cooling system issues on Domestic, European, and Asian vehicles. I look forward to assisting my customers with their automotive needs. Ben was excellent. He really knows engines and has the confidence you want in a mechanic. First of all, he will properly diagnose the problem (unlike auto shops who usually just want to replace all your parts). He will know what is required to do a job and then he will take the time to do it completely. He is also not afraid to make comments and suggestions about other issues with your car. He is not trying to upsell, only letting you know he cares about cars and wants them to run properly and look okay too.
