Waited around over 4 hours past appt. time before he arrived, however, not his fault since he had two tires go bad and he had to wait at tire shop for replacements to be found. When he arrived, he checked out truck and confirmed problem was the fuel pump. Nothing else checked, but that was why the appt scheduled so guess it is ok. I did get a $50 discount on the follow-up appt. to replace the fuel pump.
