He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely use his services again.

I would highly recommend Chet Storch the mechanic to everyone but will not recommend the lady customer service who booked my appointment because she did not know a lot about the type of oil synthetic for my Mercerdes and my conventional oil for the jetta. I did take the service because of Chet Storch professionalism and knowledge. Please send her to the training it was a disaster.

Tom is very well versed with the quirks of older European cars such as mine. He did the job efficiently and cleanly. I'd be happy to have him back for future jobs.

All about Oil Change

Engine oil is the lifeblood of the engine. The oil resides in the oil pan, which is under the car attached to the bottom of the engine. All internal (moving) parts of the engine need to be lubricated by the engine oil. Inadequate lubrication will cause the parts to wear out faster and eventually lead to engine failure. An oil filter keeps the oil clean and free of debris. If the filter is not replaced on a regular basis, it will get clogged and will not be able to pass oil into the engine.
