Honorios was on time despite having to pick up some last minute parts and did a great job with the car. I'll definitely use him again. He does a good job communicating what's needs to be serviced now and what doesn't and definitely keeps your best interest and saving you money in mind.

Overall I'm satisfied with the service. I think the only issue I had was that Jason mentioned that he didnt have all the parts to do my oil change. He had mentioned that there was some schedule mix up and that he was not even supposed to be there.

Augie is a true professional. He came early, was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. This is my first time using this service, but I am going to be doing this for all my major car services for now on. Not only did Augie complete the job in a timely manner, but he knows cars inside and out, which I highly appreciate. He was also extremely clean and tidy, not leaving a mess behind and was extremely careful to make sure no fluids leaked. It's hard to find a good mechanic, and even harder to find a great one. Augie is a great mechanic. He is the gold standard and a class act.

All about Brake Pad Replacement

Depending on your car’s brake system, it may use between 4 to 8 brake pads. When you step on the brake pedal, the master cylinder sends fluid under pressure to the brake calipers (which hold the brake pads). The caliper presses the brake pad against the brake rotor, causing friction that slows down the car. During normal usage of the brakes, brake pads wear out and become thinner. If the thickness of brake pads is less than 3mm, it is time to change the pads. Depending on where you drive (city driving tends to wear pads out quicker) brake pads usually last between 30,000 to 35,000 miles. Some vehicles (e.g., BMWs) are equipped with a low-pad-warning system. In these vehicles, you will also need to replace the brake sensors as part of the brake pad service.
