Jeffrey was scheduled to arrive at my house at 1:15 PM, he arrived nearly 20 mins earlier than that. Throughout the process of him putting in my new alternator and serpentine belt, he kept me posted on what he was doing and if he saw anything unusual with my vehicle (which he didn't). I just would like to thank Jeffrey for the excellent job he did, my car is running just as smooth as it ever has and will definitely be going back to him for services in the future. He definitely has made me a repeat customer and happy first time user of YourMechanic's services.

As an older, single woman I have had some terrible experiences with auto repair services. Your mechanic made the repair process perfect from start to finish. I found your service extremely convenient, the response time is fantastic, and the online site is very user friendly. Recently I had to wait 4 hours for rear brake pad replacement, and that was with an appointment and being told it would take 1 hour. Having a mechanic come to my work meant that I did not miss any time from my job. I have recommended your service to other women at my job who are also nervous about being taken advantage of by auto repair shops. Thank you for providing a service I can rely on.

All about Radiator Hose Repair

Radiator/cooling system hoses are an important part of your car's cooling system, which is designed to keep the engine from overheating. When your car’s engine is running it creates heat. The radiator/cooling system hoses carry coolant through the radiator and back through the engine to keep it operating at an optimal temperature. There are mulitple hoses in a given system. An upper hose connects the top of the radiator to the top of the engine. A lower hose connects the bottom of the radiator to the water pump of the engine, which keeps coolant flowing through the system.
