Ben was great with his service and communication. He called me well in advance to let me know that my appointment was rescheduled with him. He arrived on-time and left very clean. He was quite helpful with his tips on how to keep your car in good condition and what precautions should I take to ensure that I don't run into any issues. Overall, a great experience with Ben and I hope to work with him soon.

As my first repair on my first car, I feel so lucky to have found such fair, professional and quality service. James was extremely patient with the hassles of repairing my car and was very easy to communicate with. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was beyond reasonable when it came to tackling any other potential issues I had (mechanical or cosmetic), with a realistic, savvy approach; I could tell he was in no rush to pressure me into pricey and unnecessary services like I would expect from a shop. I know my car is in trustworthy hands and I look very forward to letting him help keep my car in the best shape possible.

All about Ball Joint Replacement (Front)

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
