Enrique

Upon Enrique's arrival, we were experiencing very heavy rain in the area. I was fearful of my current car issues and Enrique was more than willing to complete the inspection, in despite of the storm. He came back with a diagnosis (clean throttle bottle) and spent time educating my husband and I of the process. We are a very young couple and have little to no family in Orlando and it was very hard to find someone to trust with our only vehicle. Enrique comforted us and assured us that he was more than capable of taking care of our car's needs. I am very blessed to have met Enrique. He does his job exceptionally well and was very personable, wise and extremely knowledgeable. I will forever thank him for his time and I look forward to working with him in the future.

All about Ball Joint Replacement (Front)

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
