Toyota Highlander Car does not shift from park to drive Inspection at your home or office.

Though Long was very prompt and professional... Your customer service at base was terrible!!!! I booked a 3pm apt, at 330 hadn't heard a word so I called your office. I was told the Mechanic was being contacted and id be called back in 5min ...45 min later having again heard nothing I called back and was told they were still waiting on mechanic to call (but apparently felt it unnecessary to keep me informed) I informed her I needed to get this done so needed to know what was going on and if it was even gonna happen, I was told yet again I would be called back in 5 min, reluctantly again I agreed, stupid me, another 45 min and now an entire day wasted I was finally called back and told it was my fault because I booked the apt that morning... WHAT?????....i used you web site I didn't pick the time I merly selected an option that YOUR site offered me...and that's my fault? Then finally I was offered a apt for the next day and a 20$ discount (20$ doesn't cover the entire wasted day, sitting waiting, and phone tagging, and an accusation that its my fault!) I decided I would still have it done but truely doubt I will use your service again and I will be sharing my experience with friends and on social media.. You can be sure of that!

Wonderful guy, very knowledgeable and honest and finished work by putting some extra work. Its difficult to find honest mechanics and Whitney is one of them. Very friendly. I'll use him again for future services.

Ramon was excellent! Very competent, diagnosing the problem quickly. Repair was completed and the car is running well. I will definitely be using YM again if need be.
