We had some problems acquiring the correct parts, and when Chris arrived for his follow up visit, he was unable to complete the installation. But he did agree to make a second follow up once I had the proper parts. It took a few days to obtain the parts, since the dealer had to order them, but when they arrived, Chris slotted a revisit into his busy schedule and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. I will certainly book Chris again.

Came on time, professional (He performed major axle repair on my Camry 6 months ago and saved me $650 from the Toyota dealership quote; and his work was excellent--no problems with axle since). He completed 75,000 maintenance service today and explained what I would need in the near future re: brakes, shocks and transmission pan leak. There was no pressure from Jeff and he gave me a brief quote of what those services would cost and they were quite reasonable.--I'm sure they would cost much more with my Toyota dealership and they would also try to sell me a $400 tire (which they did in the past) when all I had was a nail in my tire. So I took it to Firestone for a second opinion and they plugged it for $15 and I never had a problem. That is why I will be contacting Jeff to work on my brakes, shocks and transmission pan in 4 to 6 weeks. When I got my bill it included a credit adjustment (discount) of $46.38. He explains everything in a way I can understand and there is no pressure. I trust him. That is a rare thing these days when you take your car to a dealership.

I have to say I was not very pleased with Russell. He seemed in a hurry and not too friendly. He immediately had negative comments about the car I was looking at buying before even inspecting it. I'm giving three stars because he did find issues and kept me from buying a used car that may have had problems. However, after using a different mechanic from your company to look at another car, I realized Russell was not very thorough as the other mechanic did much, much more in his inspection. He also told me I could text him if I had any other questions about this car and gave me his number. I did end up having questions, but he wasn't very responsive, more like rude and brusque. All in all, not a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience with Chris. He called a few times to update status of his arrival (while waiting for parts), asked if he could arrive an hour early on the actual date, was totally polite, helpful, and pleasant while we had so much else going on around the house. I didn't watch him work or even check his work (thank God for adult sons!), so I can't speak to that except to say our son was satisfied with what he saw. Meanwhile we never knew there was non-family on the premises. All-around great experience with a very courteous and professional young man. How often can you say that having auto repair work done was a pleasure? Two thumbs up!
