Very reliable and trust worthy! I originally requested a Front and Rear Struts assembly (damn Firestone courtesy check ups!) which would have cost me $1,100. But Whitney did a quick inspection of my car and recommended me to not replace the fronts. $$$ saved: $600!! Never going back to Firestone again.

You may need to add fresh fuel and then see if it runs better. If engine misfires then you may have fouled plugs and or bad coils. have computer tested for misfire codes to isolate the cylinder that is misfiring....

2013 dodge avenger won't start. All electric is fine. Buzzing sound when it tries to start. Occasionally it starts and shuts off.

You have not specified whether the starter motor works "properly" or not versus a circumstance where the engine does crank well but just won't catch and run. By properly, I mean is the starter motor consistently turning the engine over...

I have stripped lug nuts that need removal because my tire blew out and I have the key for the removal, it just won’t catch on
