Mr. Melvin was the consummate professional. He contacted me via phone prior to arriving and was very prompt. He explained the process and what he was there to do and how he would replace the lower ball joint. He also discovered that the sway bar link was bad and provided me an estimate for repair which I took advantage. Once finished, he clean up the are, gave me the parts that he replaced, and did an inspection and also some recommendations. The service provided by him and his company was exceptional. I will utilized the company in the future and hope they send Melvin back if I need him in the future. He Greatttt!
