Fairly simple job (oil change & 50 point inspection), so hard to really gauge quality of the work though it seemed to go off fine. Whitney seemed friendly & decent but rescheduled twice. First time a yourmechanic service rep called me immediately after I booked the timeslot on line (which read as available) & said it wasn't available. No problem, we rescheduled by phone & they sent an email w/ the rescheduled time. Day of appointment, about an hour before he was scheduled to come, Whitney called to say he couldn't make it. We rescheduled to the following day. He told me he would arrive between 12-1pm and wound up arriving at 1:45pm. Irritating since I waited on going for lunch till he arrived. I called at 12:50pm & got his vm, he called back at 1pm & said it'd be another 25 min. He did finish the job in a little under an hour (an hour was the approximated time), which was good. Overall fairly good experience, but I'm not sure whether it's the site or the mechanics who are over-booking. Either was it's a problem.

Your mechanic lost my first appointment which cost me my morning. The second appointment sent Euiud. Very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He is due back Wednesday to replace a clutch cylinder. We will see if this will fix the problem.

Juan was professional, nice, and good at explaining what he was doing and why. He helped me understand the issues with my car and my obtions to resolve them.
