What is the PCV Valve Hose all about?

The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is responsible for transferring excess gas from inside the crankcase into the intake manifold, where the gas can be used as fuel. Robert did a fantastic job looking at my car. And helped me understand why my car was not starting and which I did not realize the terminal would create a short so the power wouldn't get to the starter. And than later on with Robert's full inspection advised me into getting two more things done with my car and explained to me why. Both minor things and which I mean not expensive but very important. I would recommend Robert to anyone which I have :) Robert also did not leave until we both were completely confident I wouldn't have the same issue again.
