Whitney is a great mechanic. I gotten the diagnostic code from different service. I decided to change out the oxygen sensor as a possible problem. Whitney researched the code and showed me what his reference suggested, which was 3 possible issues. He then he talked me through possible options. However, he let me decide on the solution path that I wanted to take. He was reasonable with his suggestions and seemed genuine in only trying to get me the right solutions to appropriately service my car.
