Rodney was punctual for a 7 am appointment and very friendly. He was quick and gave me all the info I need about my car. It was so wonderful to have my coffee and be cozy in my house on a Saturday morning and check off a chore at the same time. He will be my car for the next thing I need.

Martin did an awesome job and quick! I was impressed and learned a few things as well. I have had other companies change my oil. They always stripped the bolt or lost bolts that they shouldn't have removed.

He was very professional, flexible, courteous and in time. He told me exactly what needed to be done and did that, not add on other unnecessary charges. I would definitely use him again!

All about Ball Joint Replacement (Front)

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
