Faraz is a great Master Mechanic! He is extremely thorough, patient, and explains everything as he does along. He’s open to all question, during the service, and gives great advice and information! I will always request his service on all my cars.

He was easy to talk to and answered every question I had in a way that I could fully understand, as well as other questions I had about car maintenance, and costs. As a woman this is extremely important to me, as I am someone that always likes to take advantage of the opportunity to learn new/more about car care. Faraz understood my concerns need/reasons for wanting to gain more knowledge, and I greatly appreciated him. I was starting to become discouraged with this service, and really was thinking about not using it any longer, but Faraz assured me of the quality of the parts used by Your Mechanic, and that the services I received for my breaks was top quality. He is a great mechanic and Your Mechanic is very fortunate to have him on their team. These are the reason for my rating of Faraz.

He was punctual and knew exactly what he was doing. He tested a few things and figured out where the problem was and later texted me to let me know how to proceed with the car.
