Jeff showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem was open and honest regarding fixing the problem. I still can't believe what it cost me. Could have charged me more to replace the part but instead fixed it at a third of the cost. Definitely will ask for Jeff the next time I need automotive service.

Rod

Rod was good and explained everything, this was the first time I used this service. They had the appointment before mine take longer than normal, so he attempted to reschedule because he was running behind. Since I could not reschedule, Rod came out as he originally promised and took care of business. So he showed up 45 minutes after our appointment, but was understandable and Rod clearly communicated every step of the way. I had his cell phone also so I could communicate with him directly (if needed) and not a dispatcher, which was good to know.

I definitely will recommend Anthony to anyone else looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic! I will also be requesting his services for any future repairs I need done to my Tahoe.

All about Brake Rotors/Discs Replacement

A brake rotor is a smooth metal disc attached to the wheel hub. Most new cars (1999 and above) come with rotors at each wheel. Older cars may have drums instead of rotors at the rear wheels . Brake rotors play an important part in the braking system. It is the friction between brake pads and rotors that cause your car to slow down and stop. As the rotors wear out (become thin or warped), they are unable to dissipate the heat caused by the braking system. This will cause the brake fluid to boil and reduce the effectiveness of brake system significantly.
