Vladimir was great. Wish I could say the same-day about whole experience. Yourmechanic.com canceled my first appointment and rescheduled for next day which at the 1 hour window called to say they would be another hour or so, so I canceled and r e-book ed a day later. Three hours after I r e-book ed appt. Yourmechanic.com called to see if I wanted to r e-book appt. I said I already had done so for 6:00. 2 mechanic showed - up for my appt and then discussed who would get to leave. It was clear neither one wanted to be there.
