Greg was very flexible and offered me several options for the mobile service. I opted to take my car to the shop instead of using the mobile service and was very pleased with his experience, professionalism and knowledge. I would go out of my way to have him service my car again.

Joel went out of his way to assist with this repair. He stayed with me the whole time, fixing and finding things that made my car run better. I had a bad experience with a really bad mechanic that didn't know what he was doing and Joel found the solutions to fix what had been broken. There needs to be a 10 star rating system for Joel's work!!

All about Ignition Coil Replacement

Ignition coils transform low voltage electrical power 12 volts D.C. to high voltage current 50,000 volts D.C. or higher. The spark generated by the ignition coil ignites the fuel and air mixture in the engine that enables the car to start and run smoothly. If an ignition coil is not working properly, no spark will ignite the air fuel mixture, causing a misfire. A bad ignition coil can severely damage the engine or catalytic converter. If your car is equipped with “coil over plugs,” then it is recommended that you replace the spark plugs. If your car uses a single coil for the ignition system, it is not necessary to change the spark plugs.
