Jay arrived on time to repair my sons truck.. He knew what was wrong and after looking at the problem said he would be back in 4 days with the parts to fix the problem.. He arrived on time and began working.. He was finished and was gone.. He did a great job and we were glad to meet such a smart man.. I had called several repair shops before I found your company and they did not know what I was talking about.. I thought the test ride was a added with the services rendered. He was very courteous with the Q&A's that I put him through. His explanations as to how's and the why's, I felt like I was going to school again. I took it all in because I'm the kinda guy that likes to know, just exactly is taking place. My experience with Richard was wonderful. As a college girl with not much knowledge of cars at all he made me aware of everything he was doing and why. He arrived right on time and was super nice. If you want a mechanic that truly cares about helping their client this is the mechanic for you.
