Ben called ahead of the appointment window to introduce himself and confirm his arrival time. The appointment was to Change oil and filter. Ben also ran a diagnostic and charged the battery when we discovered it dead upon his arrival. Ben took pictures of the individual steps of the oil change including the removal/replacement of the old filter. Great to have photo verification that the work was performed as promised.
