Patrick was great. He asked to come early and i was available. Somehow the VIN number was wrong by one number and he had the incorrect part. He gladly came back as soon as he could with the right part (a better quality part too) and replaced my starter motor in under 30 minutes. Great work.

Did a great job, very prompt, and I greatly appreciate the willingness to do a house call in the middle of social distancing.

Hugh was great, very thorough and explained everything well. Very kind and I felt he was trustworthy. The only feedback I have is that communication was lacking so we were not always sure what time he would be there. Overall, though, I would recommend Hugh.
