He took time to explain what was going to happen and when presented with some challenges he was forthcoming that he didn't know. Did a great job replacing my starter - on a cold rainy day. I had a canopy tent over the hood of the car but it was a miserable day. Collins tackled the job with no complaints and did a great efficient job. Highly recommend.
