As a new comer to Your Mechanic I was apprehensive about this visit; however, Ross kept me informed about his arrival time and that he stopped in town to get parts. After introductions, Ross immediately put me at ease going over my concerns with my vehicle's performance and history of maintenance and repairs. He didn't waste any time and started working right away. He explained what he was going to do and explained each procedure he was doing. I was very pleased with his service and cleanup of my driveway when he finished the job. The actual cost of the job was less than the estimate and that always makes my day.

Joseph, was on time, got the job done rather quickly, and also detected and gave me a estimate for two other problems I've been having but he found those so I'm very grateful will be putting in another order to get the car fixed immediately.

He is an EXCELLENT and straightforward person. His calm demeanour and personality is absolutely amazing 珞. I have never met someone so honest. He came on time, and did everything perfectly well. He even went over and beyond in his services. He has even requested to check back on me about the car. His knowledge is far beyond me. Am very glad to give him 10 stars朗朗磊磊朗朗. I will make sure that HE will be my mechanic from now on. Thank God there are people like him, because others tried to rip me off.
