Duane was awesome! I will definitely book Duane again to work on my truck. My fuel pump died on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get to work that night. I had my truck diagnosed by another mechanic at MyMechanic on Saturday to make sure it was the fuel pump. Then I booked a Sunday appointment to have Duane do the repair so I could get back on the road and not miss work on Monday. Duane did my repair on his normal day off and even went to get the parts himself when he found out that they wouldn't be available from his normal supplier until late Sunday afternoon, which would have forced me to reschedule the appointment to another day. Truck is running great and I found an excellent mechanic!

Chris did a great job. Was on time, knowledgeable, and professional.

Raymond was an excellent communicator and focused on details. He was kind enough to chat to me before and after the vehicle inspection and provided excellent in app feedback as well as more detailed descriptions on the phone. I would certainly work with him again.
