It's taken me a while to do this, so I apologize Theodore. This was my first time using YourMechanic, so I was a bit skeptical especially since my quote for this work was just over $100 less than 2 other shops and at least an hour less of work time. Aside from the great job he did fixing my car, which is still working a month later without any issues on what he repaired, I was most impressed with his patience with me. Every time I have work done on my car I like to know as much as I can about what is wrong, how that part/system works usually, basically pick the mechanics' brain both for my understanding and to try to measure if I can trust them (yes, even if I myself might not know what they're talking about). Theodore was super nice, patient with my questions and with his answers, and this is huge in my opinion. I'm always looking out for a shop I can trust for work on my cars and now I know moving forward that I'll be using YourMechanic in the future, and they have Theodore to thank for that.

James arrived on time and was extremely courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. this is my first experience with Your Mechanic and I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend Your Mechanic based on just my first experience with them, their booking process is a bit muddled and confusing as well as their copious, confusing emails, but nothing is perfect, hopefully they will continue to improve in that less essential area,
