Showed up early, was very thorough and tested to see that the alternator was indeed bad, as well as the battery. He showed my the test results, and did the work right there in my garage. Very friendly, and did a great job. All is working well. This was a much easier experience to getting the work done, and and actually a few bucks cheaper than taking it to the shop.
