He arrived right on time, we talked for a few minutes and he went right to work. He was fully prepared and knew exactly what needed to be done and finished about 30 minutes sooner than he anticipated. No problems, no mess and he was polite, agreeable and professional the entire time he was here. Unlike regular shops and automotive technicians that work there, he had no problems with using the parts I purchased already. Since they make money off the marked up parts, some shops refuse to let customers supply their own parts. David knew and understood that I purchased upgraded components for a reason, something I appreciate quite a bit.
