Awesome experience! Phillip called and had free time before my scheduled appointment, so I was able to get it fixed several hours before I thought possible. He had a new battery installed and checked in about 10 minutes. I was grateful that I didn't have to get a jump and then figure out how to get to a mechanic during the pandemic.
