1994 Nissan Maxima 33,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Scott was timely and professional. He pointed out that our other diagnostic (from another company) was incorrect and rescheduled the appt to finx what was actually wrong with the car. He got it done in the time window and its now running great! The customer service people when you call in are AWFUL! Rude and dismissive, could have cared less about helping. I called twice and spoke to two different people and got off the phone feeling like I'd been slapped!

This is the second time Nicholass serviced my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond. He diagnosed and fixed my issues and let me know what each code was and what it meant. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need. He even fixed the things the dealer did not fix. I would definitely recommend this mechanic.
