Mr. Kennedy arrived on time, he greeted me and told me who he was and the project that he will be doing today. As he was working he explained in plain language what he was doing at each step. I was able to ask question and he explain them so that I can understand. He did a wonderful job. He told it was time for me a get a battery, which I did.
