While Ben was not on time for the appointment, he was in constant communication and informed me of his delay and progress. He was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend, and in fact I will request Ben for our next service next week.

James did a great job replacing my radiator. He called to see if he could come a little early which worked out great. He was very professional, cleaned everything up after he was all done. Asked if I had any question about anything on my car and gave me a few pointers about an issue I was having with my hood shocks. I will for sure be calling him again when I need any service done to my car. I have already recommended him to 3 of my friends looking to get some work done on their cars.

Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well. He's definitely the one we'll call with any future repair needs!
