Ben did a fantastic job. He was professional, on time, and very friendly. He clearly knew what he was doing and completed the job in less time than Firestone said it would take, despite it being more difficult than originally anticipated.

Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well. He's definitely the one we'll call with any future repair needs!
