Jermaine Lewis was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and did a great job. I had to communicate with him before the job, and to say that the communication was good is an understatement. He responded to the message I typed into this website in about 60 seconds. He came to my house in the evening, so I didn't have to take time off from work. It saved me an unpleasant trip to the dealer, which would have probably taken up most of my Saturday. I also saved a significant amount of money. It's worth noting that changing a headlight bulb on a Miata is a lot harder than it sounds. I thought I might try it myself, but abandoned that idea quickly when an internet search revealed that it was "challenging" and "frustrating." Jermaine had no difficulties at all. Great mechanic!

Greg did an excellent job executing his services provided today. Professional and friendly, Greg communicated the exact issues that were present with the motor mount and how the axle was impacted as a result, which explained why there the car was shaking. He went above and beyond to ensure that the engine was securely placed as well as jump starting the battery in order to complete the service. He explained when an oil change would be next needed, and also recommended topping off the power steering fluid. Very pleased with the thoroughness of his services. His hard work and expertise has shown that I’ve found a trusted mechanic!
