The power steering pump was a pain but Jeremy took the time and explained what to watch out for. He said if the noise doesn’t stop in few days then it might be a warranty issue and it was. My appointment was set for 1215 pm he messaged at 11 he was done early and to come fix my car. My car was fixed before my appointment set time. Highly recommend Jeremy.

Jeremy arrived on time and immediately began to work. He was polite and professional and when he finished explained what he had done, noting that we would need a new battery, which I will take care of myself.

There was rain and lightening during my original appointment time so I messaged him and he easily switched it to a later agreed upon time when it would be safer outside. Wonderful working with Jeremy answered my questions I had and pointed out the small oil leak I had questions about as the photos I saw weren't clear so he showed it to me on the car where I could actually see it.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing top-notch service from Jeremy, who went above and beyond to assist me. When my car battery died in a car that required a complicated battery removal process, Jeremy expertly replaced it. But what really set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile when I made an error in getting the wrong battery. Jeremy did not make a big deal about it and left and went and got the proper one and finished the job that afternoon. Thank you, Jeremy! You do not get this type of service anymore!
