He took the time to clearly explain where the problem was, and did not mind explaining it more than once for clarity as I'm not tech-savvy. We have used Alex before and will continue to do so. We found out that the car repair center completely misdiagnosed my daughter's car problem. Alex diagnosed what was really wrong and fixed it right away. Alex's ONLY challenge is having to wade through Dallas' unpredictable traffic to make an appointment on time. However, having someone actually come to our house has made it incredibly easy for me to get multiple things done at a time and not worry about getting a car to and from a service center!!
