2005 Land Rover Range Rover 53,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris was very knowledgeable and professional while working ok my Range Rover. I even hung out and cracked a few jokes with him during the fix. He's definitely a good mechanic and I am recommending him to all of my family and friends.

I recently had a shady AAA battery installer who installed a new battery with one of the negative connection to the battery not tighten correctly. After a couple of days driving my car will not start and battery is basically drained (so I was told by AAA technician). So, I called AAA the second time, the same technician now tells me that my alternator is bad. He then gave me 2 shops to call and told me that the first one would replace the battery for me (the one that is close by his office.....). He then asked me if I wanted to get it tow right then and there. I told him "no", since my car was parked at my house. Something is just not right in my mind. So I went ahead and bought an alternator and booked James W. with YourMechanic. He came and did an inspection before he starts to disassemble anything. Sure enough, my suspicion was correct there is nothing wrong with my alternator. James W. saved me hundreds by doing the inspections first. He is very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I would definitely have him perform all my future repairs. If you live in the Orange County California area, you should definitely have him service your car. He is especially knowledgeable with European cars. My is a Range Rover.
