He came with a great personality and a warm smile. He did a very thorough job. As he went through his checks he narrowed it down to the exact problem ad from there he fixed it. Plus he gave the reason why I had a problem. And educated me on how what to look for and handle the situation when it raises agin. He is on POINT!!! No doubt. I n my book he is ALL GOOD! My problem was my car wouldn’t start. Problem was my battery connectors was not connected properly which cause the car not to start.

I have to be honest, this was the first time that, I have EVER felt 'at-ease' around an auto mechanic. Jonas was thorough and straight forward with me about the issues; gave me a quote directly after doing the diagnostics on the car and, as it turned out, it cost me less than the original estimate. Very impressed with the quality of work. Ned was on time and on budget. There were no surprise extra costs. Ned even helped me out with my other car, even though I didn't have an appointment for the other car. He took care of all of my car problems and he even found me a coupon for an oil change.
