Brett is living proof of the value of experience. I mentioned another problem I had while he was here confirming the diagnosis that brought him here which was car not starting. I pointed out a slow oil leak on the garage floor - He noticed it immediately and posted a second recommendation/estimate. This was a good way to do it because I scheduled to replace my starter first - and then later, when I get paid again, I can replace the oil gasket. So he's thoughtful as well experienced.
