Genaro gave me a heads up that the parts weren't ready but should be available in an hour or so. He showed up and was extremely friendly and gave me some insight on caliper issues. Once he had removed the tire, he showed me clear signs that my caliper was sticking. He worked very quickly and finished the job in no time! Again, super friendly and knowledgeable gentleman.
