1993 Isuzu Pickup 78,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Great experience! My car was smoking a ittoe. Lucas came, went through the whole vehicle searching for the cause and included me in the process. It is thought that it might be the radiator cap. Lucas instructed me on what to do and what to look for. If in a 24 hour period it resumes smoking he will return. Did I mention that it was pouring down raining ? Hopefully his recommendation works but if not, I know who to call. Thanks Lucas.

Matt contacted me via text and I provided him with a breakdown of things that was updated/completed on my vehicle. Matt informed me he completed his other service appt ahead of time and was able to show up early for my service appt. I was fortunate to have Matt as my mechanic because he had the techincal experience and knowledge of the type of engine in my vehicle. Matt was able to retrieve online the CORRECT troubleshooting documentation to assist us in isolating my CRANK - NO START problem. My $70.00 fee was well worth it cause I have been trying to figure out what was preventing my vehicle from starting.

Nathan was excellent at responding, very clear on quoting, and was kind when I about had a panic attack over how much my repair would cost. No fault of his whatsoever, I was off on my own hopeful budget...LOL! I have already submitted a request for the repair and look forward to the visit.
