Finally a honest and competent mechanic! Theo was on time and did a great job replacing the brake pads on my car (my dealer mentioned that they needed replacing). Theo showed how they had been deceptive with me. The pads still had substantial life left and didn't need to be changed. Theo also topped up the fluids in my car before leaving. He finished the work quickly and left the place clean.

My experience with Duane was AMAZING. He arrived early to our appointment, was very professional and was very knowledgeable as I do not know much about cars. He was funny as my breaks were screeching so bad that it got to the point where I was embarrased to drive. He explained to me what he was going to do, how and why.
