Coming in to complete work started and left apart by another mechanic must be tough position to be in. Not only were the parts ordered by the one who started the work wrong, the diagnosis was wrong. Jonathan can out on a Sunday (his normal day off) but he correctly diagnosed the problem correctly and completed the repairs quickly. After the first mechanic failed to repair the problem, I was NEVER going to contract Your Mechanic again. However, Jonathan saved the day and I will not hesitate to use Your Mechanic again IF Jonathan be the mechanic sent to me. THANK YOU JONATHAN

Wow!! My husband and I were skeptical. This was our first time using this service but we were amazed and the professionalism and skill Paul showed. He was done within an hour and our Car was back to working. My Son was very angry with me because I forgot to tip but I'll find a way to send Paul a tip. He did an excellent job.

After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself.
