Angel was promptly on time to perform a diagnostic test on my vehicle. He was prepared, customer friendly and professional. He was more than willing to explain how the process of diagnostics worked and patiently answered all of my questions. He took time searching and researching the issue based on service codes produced by his diagnostic testing system, and by his mechanical and technical knowledge and observations. He was tenacious in locating the issue that caused my vehicle to remain in 2nd gear. He took adequate time to properly assess the problem and did not randomly rush an answer, guess the issue, or pull rabbits out of his hat like some other mechanic shops that I had spoken to weeks earlier had done.
